This is fixed in the -05 version. (In fact, the only remaining instance was in the open issues section, which will probably be replaced by a reference to this issue tracker anyway.)

The terminology NSIS-[un]aware is confusing. It should be changed to be specific about whether we care about GIMPS awareness, or awareness of a particular signalling application.
