Presumably, the simplest solution is that the SCD in the Confirm (containing
only the MA-hold time) is taken as authoritative, overwriting any value from
previous messages.

The text in 4.4.1 states that an abbreviated SCD is needed in the first confirm
on an MA, but leaves (slightly) unclear what it should contain and what happens
if the information does not match the original Query.
