Section 4.4.1.  The term "Q-node" appears in a diagram.  I thought for 
quite a while this actually read "Q-mode" then for a while I thought 
it was an overlooked typo.  Very confusing visually. If you can't 
think of a better term, at least add another line to the boxes at the 
top:
