Added the following definition to section 2:

   [Message] Routing:  Message routing describes the process of
      determining which is the next GIST peer along the signalling path.
      For signalling along a flow path, the message routing carried out
      by GIST is built on top of normal IP routing.  In this document,
      the term 'routing' generally refers to GIST message routing unless
      otherwise qualified.

and made various other qualifications of the 'routing' term elsewhere in the
document.

The document uses the term 'routing' to cover both GIST routing and (less often)
normal IP routing on which GIST routing is built (for the case of some message
routing methods at least). These should be disambiguated.
