Updated the first sentence of the D-mode rationale as follows:
D-mode uses UDP, as a suitable NAT-friendly encapsulation which does
not require per-message shared state to be maintained between the
peers.
The text in 3.2 claims that UDP is the only encapsulation that doesn't require
per-message state. Actually, it is also chosen because it is NAT-friendly
(unlike raw IP).
