The error part in the IANA section is updated as follows:

Error Codes/Subcodes: There is a 2 byte error code and 1 byte
subcode in the Value field of the Error object (Appendix A.4.1).
Error codes 1-12 are defined in Appendix A.4.4 together with
      subcodes 0-4 for code 1, 0-5 for code 9, 0-5 for code 10, and 0-2
for code 12. Additional codes and subcodes are allocated on a
      first-come, first-served basis. When a new error code/subcode
combination is allocated, the following information MUST be
      provided:

Error case: textual name of error

Error class: error class from the categories given in
         Appendix A.4.3

Error code: code point (allocated by IANA), if a new code is
         required

Error subcode: subcode point (allocated by IANA)

Additional information: what additional information fields it is
mandatory to include in the error message, from Appendix A.4.2

The set of information to provide with registration of a new error is confusing.
It could be clarified with an example or template for the information.
