The flag description in A.3.1.2 is updated as follows: "D flag: The direction flag. Note that for Q-mode messages, the only valid value is D=0 (see Section 5.8.2)."

The current description of the LE-MRM states that only D=0 (downstream) messages are allowed. The real fact is that only downstream Query encapsulation is defined.
